Rejoicing in the beautiful sounds of Brazilian jazz, samba and bossa nova, the band’s repertoire includes a selection of gorgeous songs from the golden era of bossa nova, some well-known samba gems, as well as their award-winning original music, influenced by the music of Brazil.   Anje West’s beautiful vocals in Portuguese intertwined with Kym Ambrose’s melodic vibraphone create the hallmark sound of this truly unique and accomplished band.

With 17 years of experience working around Australia and in Brazil, and a long-time reputation for outstanding professionalism, the band is comfortable in all realms of performance, from festival and concert stages, to intimate, poolside cocktail parties. Corporate clients include BCEC, Australia Post, Dept. of Premier & Cabinet, Qld Symphony Orchestra, QPAC and Brisbane City Council.
